Marketing Manager- Sportsbook

We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Sportsbook) for a growing, from strength to strength, iGaming company. The role can be based either in Vietnam, Thailand, or Indonesia. Top package for the right candidate.

 

Job duties:
1. Establish and manage a sportsbook marketing team with a focus on user acquisition.
2. Lead the marketing team to achieve short and long-term strategic objectives.
3. Build, hire, train, and manage the sportsbook marketing team.
4. Lead the marketing team to complete advertising, content creation and channel marketing tasks.
5. Manage and perform marketing tasks on relevant Facebook groups.
6. Advertise GooglePlay apps to relevant users on Facebook to acquire users.
7. Manage and perform marketing tasks relating to SEO, SEM, CPM, CPC and related methods to acquire users.
8. Manage and perform marketing tasks on Appstore and GooglePlay to acquire users.
9. Develop partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOL) and affiliate agents.
10. Monitor and manage social media content on Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok and Instagram.
11. Systematically analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job requirements:
1.5+ years of marketing management experience in the Thai/Vietnamese or Indonesian sportsbook market.

2. Familiar with market and user trends in the Thai/Vietnamese or Indonesian market.
3. Familiar with the consumption habits and trends of Thai/Vietnamese or Indonesian users.
4. Experienced in building a team from 0 to 1 including recruitment, training and performance appraisal.
5. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese/Thai/Vietnamese or English.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to use software and apps to increase efficiency.
7. Strong marketing experience with the ability to create unique and effective campaigns.

8. Affiliate experience is preferred but not essential.
