We are looking for a Product Compliance Manager for a leading iGaming company. The role is based in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage the gaming certification program from end to end across all product verticals to ensure that all gaming products including slot, live casino, bingo, and virtual sports, are fully compliant in all relevant jurisdictions (15+ regulated markets) and that all internal and external deadlines are consistently met;
- Work closely with Certification Engineers and product teams to complete regulatory certifications/ audits within deadlines;
- Manage jurisdiction-specific certification/ regulatory approval processes;
- Manage our internal gaming product certification database and the internal information flow regarding certification timelines;
- Contribute to creating and maintain regulatory requirement matrixes for all relevant jurisdictions;
- Monitor regulatory (gaming/ technical) developments in existing jurisdictions and communicate changes clearly to tech/ product teams in a timely manner where applicable;
- New markets – create technical requirement packs for tech/ product teams in preparation for new market entry;
- Conduct pre-audit compliance reviews of all new products/ features/ jurisdictions against the relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Online gaming experience;
- Regulated market experience (e.g. UK, Italy, Spain);
- Project management experience;
- Tech/ product savvy;
- Hands-on approach;
Clear communicator (verbally and written).
