Responsibilities:
- Be knowledgeable of the employer product
- Sell all available product ranges and inform clients accordingly
- Handle cash, applications and close out sales at the end of each working shift accordingly to Sales Policy;
- Be self-organised and maintain stock and any other materials required to perform duties effectively
- Resolve customers’ inquiries and increase customer satisfaction
- Communicate the policies to customers and make sure it is current and accurate according to theupdates
- Have a friendly attitude and support customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 O levels: Mathematics, English and Maltese
- Excellent communication skills in both, English and Maltese
- Preferably a year of experience in sales or a similar position
- Ability to work unsupervised and remain self-motived
- Team player and flexible to adapt to changes
- Positive attitude
- Problem solving skills
- Organised and target orientated
