We have an internal opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant- Remote position. Negotiable package depending on the experience.
Role Summary:
We are a small company with big perspectives ahead and we are looking for a motivated and eager candidate to join the team and contribute with both knowledge and experience. Preferably you would have experience in iGaming Industry, however, we do not limit ourselves only to the industry as our domain is the flexible and adaptable approach.
Responsibilities:
-Resource for candidates through diverse channels (specialists and volume recruitment)
– Issuing job adverts ads using multiple recruitment channels including job portals and social media sources
– Acting as a point of reference for new hires regarding the process of collecting the required documentation
– Constantly visit our website and keep all job orders in order and up-to-date
-Maintaining and building relationships with both current and new clients
-Acquiring new clients through our database and connections
-Reporting to management with the outcomes and potential business opportunities
-Maintaining company standards in terms of the recruitment processes
-Updating MI weekly/monthly reports accordingly
– Attending company activities and other activities when asked to by management in order to represent and promote the company’s services
Requirements:
-3-5 years in the recruitment industry
-Adaptability and proactive approach towards challenges on a daily basis
-Resilience and professional manner
– Results-oriented in searching, assessing, and sourcing suitable candidates
-Preferable knowledge of iGaming industry
– Must have effective oral and written communication skills in English any additional language is a plus
– Must have a good understanding of the recruitment environment and a keen eye for talent
