This role is office based.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the functionality of the studios
- Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company
- Active contribution to the company’s development
- Collaboration and cooperation
- Operational activities
- Acknowledge the table calls and solving them so that the game can be resumed as soon as possible
- Reporting and logging incidents and mistakes.
- Assists the process of opening and closing tables.
- Respecting and maintaining the game standards imposed by the company:
- Acknowledge the standard policies of the company
- Up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions, and games strategies
- Use the company’s technology in a proper way
- Announce the management regarding any deviation from the company’s standards
- Active contribution to the company’s development:
- Suggests measures to improve the player’s experience
- Participates to improve the company’s activity, with contended suggestions regarding the staff, player’s experience etc.
- Proactive attitude in handling problems and/or anticipating them
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not necessary
- 6 months’ experience in Casino & Gambling industry
- Communicative English and Bulgarian language is a must
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with various audiences;
- Multitasking;
- Good handle on working under pressure;
- Ability to work independently and in team;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Communication and self-control skills
- Attention skills
- Able to deal with different types of characters, personalities and cultures
- University degree (Bachelor`s or Master`s Degree) or speciality courses are an advantage;
Important:
- Please note, that this role is 100% office based
- You will be working 8 hours a day on shift patterns: mornings, afternoons, and nights
- 5 days per week
