The leading iGaming company is looking for a Floor Supervisor to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The purpose of the position consists in supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff, such as croupiers, and shufflers. The Floor Supervisor offers support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.

This role is office-based.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the Shift Manager on duty in order to resolve staff immediate difficulties.
- Collaborates with other Floor Supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
- Monitors shufflers activity and Card Room documentation and is responsible for shufflers rotations in the studio, as well as dealers table assignment.
- Enforces safety, sanitation and internal regulations.
- Monitors operational quality and safety.
- Reports to Shift Manager on duty any irregularities noticed inside the premises.
- Constantly inspects studios, equipment and decor.
- Observes and monitors dealer’s rotations, attitude, appearance before entering the studio.
- Complies with the tasks assigned by the Shift Manager on duty in order to meet operational targets.
- Assists Shift Manager on duty in solving studio incidents.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not necessary
- Communicative English and Bulgarian language is a must
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with various audiences;

Important:
- Please note, that this role is 100% office based
- You will be working 8 hours a day on shift patterns: mornings, afternoons, and nights
- 5 days per week
