IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for a leading iGaming company. The role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

 

Role Summary:

Ensure technological and informatics functionality, according to internal procedures and processes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of server equipment (router, Wi-Fi, switch, patch panel);

Monitor streaming equipment through graphics and logos: video cameras, audio systems, encoders, systems used by Dealers (PC, scanners, desktops), CCTV systems;

Collaboration with Head of Operations, and Shift Managers in order to resolve errors, by acting immediately for troubleshooting/reparation or replacement of the equipment;

Assurance that all encoders and media servers are technically functional at all tables;

Assurance that the studio is properly lit, and all the video streamed cameras are functional and properly aligned with the game tables;

Online monitoring on the website to make sure that the audio angle of the camera is functional from the player’s perspective;

Maintenance of workstations: virus cleaning, finding solutions regarding soft/hard problems (components replacement) and installment of new equipment in the system, installing and configuring software packages, installing/configuring peripheral components;

Keep in touch with the ISP supplier in case of internet connection dysfunctionalities in order to solve them;

Report daily incidents;

Keep up to date the workstations evidence: users, configurations, rights allocated on folders, etc) and update/develop periodically the working procedures;

Respond in due time at incidents and assures that there are no violations regarding SLA (measurable terms for network services that must be delivered to the service supplier);

Search and purchase IT equipment (PC, notebook, peripheral equipment)

Active contribution to the company’s development:

Participate actively to improve the company’s activity, coming up with contended proposals regarding the IT Department activity;

Inform about the company’s domain of activity, in order to understand the requests and the necessities;

Proactive attitude in solving issues

EXPERIENCE:

SIMILAR ROLE: minimum 1 year

 

REQUIREMENTS:

English and Bulgarian

Specialised courses

PC literate advanced level

Exceptional presentation skills

Communication and self-control skills

Autodidact and proactive

Attention skills

Working on shift patterns: mornings, afternoons  and nights

Important: 

  • Please note, that this role is 100% office based
  • You will be working 8 hours a day on shift patterns: mornings, afternoons, and nights
  • 5 days per week
