Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for a leading iGaming company. The role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

 

Role Summary: Analyze procedures and processes in order to evaluate the quality and efficiency of workers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and evaluate dealers, presenters/host performance according to the set standards;

Keeps abreast of changes to policies and procedures related to the line of work

Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality assurance testing activities;

Identify training needs and suggest training interventions to meet quality standards;

Leads the assigned team, provides feedback to the members and follows up on their progress;

Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department;

REQUIREMENTS:

minimum 6 months, online or land-based casinos (not necessarily as QA) would be an advantage

English and Bulgarian

PC literate

Exceptional presentation skills

Communication and self-control skills

Attention skills

Working on shift patterns: mornings, afternoons  and nights

Please note the position is office-based.
